The Story Behind the Company
Espinoza Chavez Construction was incorporated in Texas in January 2025, but the work behind it started years before that. Our team spent time on job sites learning every trade from the inside out, from rough framing and concrete work to HVAC installs and finish carpentry.
After years of watching projects get delayed, overpriced, and mismanaged by companies that cared more about volume than quality, the decision was made to start something different. A company where every job gets direct oversight. Where calls get answered. Where the quote you receive is the invoice you sign off on.
We started with residential work in Garland and the surrounding areas. Word spread fast. Within the first year, we expanded to commercial projects, HVAC, and plumbing across the full Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The growth has been steady because the quality stays constant.
Today, Espinoza Chavez Construction handles everything from new home builds and commercial buildouts to HVAC system replacements and concrete work. We are licensed and insured in Texas, and every project is managed with the same attention to detail we applied to the very first job.
Proudly Based in Dallas, Texas
Our home base is Dallas, Texas, and the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is our primary service area. From Dallas and Fort Worth to Garland, Plano, Arlington, Frisco, McKinney, and every community in between, DFW is where our crews live, work, and know the ground.
For larger commercial and residential construction projects, we also travel to surrounding states: Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico.
