Espinoza Chavez Construction is licensed for both residential and commercial plumbing across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The same in-house crew that handles rough-in on a ground-up custom home also handles tenant-finish plumbing for a restaurant, a repipe on a 1970s Garland ranch, and a slab leak on a Plano property. One license, one crew, one standard of work.

Our work splits into two streams: new construction plumbing and service work on existing homes and businesses. On new construction, both residential and commercial, we handle the full plumbing sequence: rough-in, top-out, and finals. On existing properties, we handle repipes, water heater and tankless replacement, gas lines, drain cleaning, leak detection and slab leaks, sewer lines, backflow testing, and fixture work for remodels and repairs.

New construction plumbing covers rough-in, top-out, and final. Rough-in is the first phase, during new construction: underground and in-slab drain, waste, and vent (DWV) lines, supply stub-outs, and gas stubs, set before the foundation is poured or while the slab is still exposed. Top-out is the mid-construction phase, after framing. Supply lines, waste and vent stacks, gas lines, and all in-wall plumbing set before drywall goes up and the municipal top-out inspection happens. Finals (or final plumbing, the trim-out phase) is the last phase: setting fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and testing the system for the final inspection and certificate of occupancy.

On the commercial side, our plumbing scope covers tenant finish plumbing, restaurant plumbing (grease traps, commercial dish and prep sinks, floor drains), commercial restrooms, and the rough-in / top-out / final sequence on ground-up commercial builds. We coordinate with the GC schedule and with city inspectors so plumbing milestones do not hold up the rest of the trades.

On existing properties, service and remodel work is just as much a part of the business. Repipes when galvanized or failing copper needs to come out. Tankless water heater installs for clients who want to get the tank out of the closet. Gas line work for new ranges, pool heaters, and outdoor kitchens. Drain cleaning and hydro-jetting for recurring backups. Slab leak detection: Dallas-Fort Worth clay soil and post-tension slabs make slab leaks common, and catching them early prevents foundation damage. Sewer line camera inspection and repair. Backflow preventer testing and installation.
