For full roof replacements, we strip the existing roofing down to the decking, inspect and repair the decking where needed, install proper underlayment, and apply the new roofing system. Ice and water shield goes in the valleys and around penetrations. Flashing is replaced, not bent back into place over the old flashing. Ventilation is assessed and corrected if needed.

For repairs, we assess the damage, identify the cause, and fix the root issue rather than covering a symptom. A patched roof that still has poor flashing or inadequate ventilation will fail again. We fix the problem, not just the visible damage.

Storm damage work is something we handle honestly. If your roof was damaged by hail or wind, we provide a thorough inspection and a written damage report.
