From breaking ground on a custom home to updating a 1960s ranch in East Dallas, we run the full scope.

Commercial Construction covers ground-up new builds, shell buildings, tenant finish-outs, retail buildouts, office buildouts, warehouse construction, restaurant construction, industrial construction, and ADA upgrades. We handle commercial projects from raw land through certificate of occupancy, and we finish out existing space when you are moving into a new lease.

Plumbing is licensed for both residential and commercial work. Rough-in, top-out, and final plumbing on new construction. Full plumbing service on existing homes and businesses: repipes, water heaters and tankless, gas lines, drain cleaning, leak detection, slab leaks, sewer lines, backflow, restaurant and commercial restroom plumbing. Our plumbing crew is in-house, not a sub we found on the internet.

HVAC covers heating and air conditioning design, installation, replacement, and service for residential homes and commercial buildings throughout DFW. Ductwork, zoning, high-efficiency systems, and preventive maintenance. Properly sized for your home or space, not a guess based on square footage alone.

Roofing means residential and commercial roofing in a region that takes a beating every spring. Full roof replacement, storm and hail damage repair, insurance claim documentation, and new construction roofing. Asphalt shingle, metal, TPO, and modified bitumen systems.

Concrete and Masonry covers foundations, slabs, driveways, sidewalks, patios, retaining walls, and decorative concrete. Brick, block, and stone masonry for both structural and finish work. The hard-surface trades that have to be right the first time because nobody wants to jackhammer a new driveway.

Why hire one general contractor for everything instead of a different company for each trade? Scheduling. When framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC all need to be in the same walls on the same day, somebody has to sequence them. On most projects that somebody is nobody, which is why so many DFW builds run late. We own the schedule, we own the permits, we own the budget, and we own the outcome.
